Dr. Wael Rashidy is the Founder and Managing Partner of Guiders Consult and Guiders OÜ. He is a sustainable investment expert with deep expertise across corporate governance, green finance, ESG, research commercialization, and organizational development. He leads a multi-disciplinary team across Cairo and Tallinn, managing complex donor-funded assignments for agencies including the EBRD, European Union, Global Affairs Canada, and GIZ.
Prior to founding Guiders, Dr. Rashidy served as Regional Sales Manager at AVK Flow Control, giving him practical grounding in commercial operations across the MENA region.
